Global Collaboration in Action: ISTQB® Elects New Vice-Chairs
The ISTQB® General Assembly recently convened in Bali, Indonesia, where elections were held for the Vice-Chair positions across its various Working Groups (WGs). These WGs are essential to the operation and evolution of the ISTQB®—they shape syllabi, define exam rules, establish global processes, and drive initiatives that keep the world of software testing moving forward.
Each Working Group is composed of passionate volunteers from ISTQB® Member Boards around the world, bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives. Led by a Chair and Vice-Chair, these teams ensure that ISTQB® certifications remain relevant, rigorous, and respected worldwide.
We are proud to share that Neleen Kruger, representing South Africa through the SASTQB, has been elected as Vice-Chair of the Marketing Working Group. Her appointment reinforces South Africa’s ongoing contribution to the global software testing community and our shared commitment to excellence and innovation.
Congratulations to all the newly elected Vice-Chairs!
