Frequently Asked Questions
Does the exam fee include training?
No. Examination fees cover the certification exam only. Training is optional and can be completed through one of our Accredited Training Providers or through self-study using the official syllabus.
Can I write my exam remotely?
Yes. Many ISTQB, IREB, TMMi and A4Q certification exams are available as secure remote-proctored exams, allowing you to write from your home or office.
What happens if I need to rewrite my exam?
If you do not pass your examination, you may register for another exam session. A new examination fee will apply for each rewrite.
Do ISTQB certifications expire?
Only ISTQB Certified Tester Expert Levels have an expiry date rest do not, making them a valuable long-term investment in your professional development.
