Registration Process

Follow the eight registration process steps below to assist you in registering for your next exam session. Feel free to contact us should you enquire an issue that is not listed on our website. 

STEP 1

Select the exam you would like to write an find an exam date that works best with your schedule.

STEP 2

Register for your exam by completing the online exam registration form.

STEP 3

Upon successful registration, you will receive an automated notification message stating that the SASTQB will contact you within 24hours. 

STEP 4

Should it happen that you do not receive any communication from us within 48 hours, please contact us.

STEP 5

You will receive an invoice indicating the due date for payment. When making the payment, please send us the proof of payment to finance@sastqb.org.za. Only when the payment reflects on our side, will the booking be secured.

STEP 6

5 Days prior to your scheduled exam date, you will receive confirmation of the exam date, time and venue. You will also receive the exam rules for review. Please familiarise yourself with all the necessary information.

STEP 7

Arrive on time at the exam venue. Make sure that you can identify yourself at the exam session by showing your ID book, passport or driver’s license.

STEP 8
