ISTQB Certified Tester
Agile Test Leadership at Scale
(CT-ATLaS)
Scaling Agile across an organisation requires more than introducing Agile practices within individual teams. It requires a shared quality mindset, coordinated testing activities, effective leadership and continuous improvement across multiple teams, value streams and business areas.
The ISTQB® Certified Tester – Agile Test Leadership at Scale (CT-ATLaS) certification equips experienced quality and testing professionals with the knowledge needed to lead and improve testing at an organisational level.
CT-ATLaS focuses on how organisations can move from traditional test management towards a quality assistance approach based on Lean and Agile principles. Rather than placing responsibility for quality on a separate testing function, quality assistance enables teams across the organisation to take greater ownership of testing and product quality.
The certification covers organisational test strategy, value stream mapping, systems thinking, structured problem-solving, DevOps practices, cross-team coordination and continuous improvement. It is designed for professionals who support Agile at scale, business agility and quality transformation across complex organisations.
