Registration Submitted

Your exam registration was successfully submitted. Please take note that you will receive the following emails from us, should you not receive an email from us within 24 hours please contact our office immediately. 

  • December 7, 2024

    Registration Confirmation Email

    Our system will send an automated response once your exam registration has been received. 

    If this notice was not received within 24-hours contact our office. 

    TAKE NOTE: Duplicate or second exam registrations will be rejected automatically by our system!

  • Within 48-hours

    Exam Accepted / Processed

    You will receive a formal confirmation email from us once we have reviewed your exam registration and it is ready to proceed. 

    TIP: To speed up the process:  

    If you registered for any exam with the ISTQB Foundation as a pre-requisite and did not complete your ISTQB Foundation via the SASTQB, submit a copy of your certificate to info@sastqb.org.za. 

  • Next 48-hours

    Receive a Quotation for Payment

    You will receive a formal quotation from us with our banking details to complete your payment. 

    TAKE NOTE: Payment must be completed before the quote due date.

    If you registered with one of our accredited training providers, this step will not apply. 

  • Payment Received

    As soon as your payment reflects on our system you will receive a formal receipt. 

    If you registered with one of our accredited training providers, this step will not apply. 

  • 1 Week Before Exam

    Exam Detail Letter

    You will receive a formal exam detail letter from us 1-week before your exam session with the following information: 

    • Exam time
    • Exam location (paper-based exams only)
    • Rules and regulations
    • Required documents 
  • 7-Days After Exam

    Exam Results

    You will receive your exam result letter 7 days after the exam session. 

  • 30-Days After Exam

    Certificate

    Only after successfully passing the exam, you will receive a soft copy of your certificate within 30-days. 

Any exam cancelations/rescheduled must be submitted via email and will be processed according to our terms and conditions. Please familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions (click here) to avoid any penalty fees.
